Welcome to the sign-ups for roles in the various worlds! If you are interested in a role, please understand the following:

» Only characters who are Remixed will be granted roles, as information about the world will be dispensed through them and their knowledge of the world.
» Receiving a role means being in contact with Dana and the plot mod assisting with the world regarding the developments of the plot. As such, players are expected to maintain a certain level of activity during the world and cannot be on hiatus.
» Whether or not preset roles and positions are needed for the plot of the world will vary based on the given AU. Please see the AU Plotting Post for that particular world whether or not any positions are "plot-protected" and cannot be freely accessed for AU crafting.
» All sign-ups are screened! This is to maintain some level of surprise on who has a role, and maintaining some level of secrecy is encouraged just to make things fun.
» For each world, please fill out the form in the top-level for any information Dana might need to take into consideration when selecting roles!

Hello friends! We'll be doing this a little different. Here are the following roles available for the upcoming world.

For all roles, you'll be expected to build an AU that appropriately lends to their characterization and motivations - the mods will not be giving you a motivation to do anything asked here!

Family Head A: What it says on the tin! The character that will be the Family Head will be making decisions that will affect their family as a whole. They are expected to have ties with all of their members, even if maybe all those ties aren't super warm and fuzzy. There is no age requirement for this position - though if someone especially young is chosen, for plot-related reasons you might be encouraged to find an older character to act as an attendant or guardian.

Family Head B: Same as above!

Traitor: :) Well, would you look at that? This character will be smashing the Betray Button.

Family Dog: As a counterpoint to the Traitor, this character is going to be looking for them! They'll be expected to complete tasks in exchange for clues.

Courier: A neutral party in the Family Dispute - this character will be known as someone who can be trusted to carry letters, secret messages, and gifts! Deliveries will happen once a week. Please be sure that your activity can meet this request!

world two: prom?

Hello friends! The following world will be a bit more chillaxed compared to this past round since you'll only be there for four weeks. As such, your roles are more interactive and less plot-intensive! They also do not require a character to be remixed.

For all roles, you'll be expected to build an AU that appropriately lends to their characterization and motivations - the mods will not be giving you a motivation to do anything asked here!

The Rumor Mill: You asked for it - so here it comes! Players will be able to submit one (1) rumor of their choice to the Rumor Mill, who will get to make a weekly broadcast to announce all rumors XOXO Gossip Squirrel. This player will be expected to write up the blurb that'll be posted each Monday!

The Charm Squad Captain: Oh you know them - the person who knows exactly what the school needs! On a weekly basis, this player will get to select an optional magical effect that the players will get to play with. It can be as whacky as you want - temporary body swaps, turning into animals, everyone's a ghost. Bring your creative cap!

The Playmaker: Anyone with a talent for conjuring is welcome to be the school's Playmaker. This person is designated with the ability to either summon one item to appear in the weekly mingle, or otherwise change up the terrain of the school! You definitely want to be on their good side. ;)

world three: claws & fangs.

Hello friends! Here are the following roles available for the upcoming world. For all roles, you'll be expected to build an AU that appropriately lends to their characterization and motivations - the mods will not be giving you a motivation to do anything asked here!

Maou: Plot-important demons! What sets them apart from average demons? Well, that'll be elaborated on the AU Plotting Post. For what you all need to know, there will be up to three hidden roles of demons who will receive higher powers than the standard, which will ultimately tie into the Decision for this world. It will be up to players to find these demons and how many are successfully located will alter the results of the world.

Seer: A known role that is designed to help locate the Maou - they will be able to pick characters each week in order to determine whether or not they have a hidden role or not. Be wary though, there's of course a little bit of luck involved. :')

Fortune Teller: A known role that's meant to dispense fortune or calamity! More neutral than it is helpful or destructive, it just becomes a matter of whim for this character to either help or harm the cause of this little town trying to find some demons in the bushes.

Demon Whisperer: A known role that's meant to aid the Maou, helping them keep their identities a secret from the prying eyes of people who might not be the best to trust. They might also assist in helping the Maou find each other so they can better coordinate their efforts.
