A ) Two very finely dressed women who seem to be cooing and chattering over some jewelry - "Wouldn't this look lovely on Wei Wuxian?" and "Baren no danna gave me something similar last week, you know. ♥" B ) If you don't want to torture the gays, there is a woman at the street corner, selling churros. They can also just stress eat them if they want. "Would you care for a churro?" C ) A grumbling mechanic passing by, scratching his head and thinking out loud to himself, "How many of those busted up cars are gonna come in? What're they doing to 'em....?"
coinflip gave us B which means that chuuya successfully convinces lwj to ignore his burning gay jealousy in order to talk to churro lady... lwj's probably going to be glaring at the ladies for as long as he see them though smdh. They can get churros & chuuya will just eat lwj's if he won't, and they can ask her if she's seen a woman like. sneaking around or in a big hurry to get somewhere.
I need you to know that the churro lady has been involved in not one, not two, but at least three world investigations and this is the first time she's been chosen. Thank you for finally paying attention to the Churro Lady.
The pretty ladies will be on their way though - they're joined by a third woman gushing about Shigure as they wander off, but it's probably not that important. This is my compromise since you wanted to choose two.

Atta boys!! From the sound of things, they'll be looking for a blonde girl in her mid-20s. She's tall, beautiful, and rather scrappy. She's a tomboy and Auntie sighs when she thinks about all the nice dresses that she tore up in her youth. Why did she play so much in the junkyard? What was so interesting about all those cars? She will continue to talk about her in both fond and admonishing terms for the next thirty minutes, even though that sort of drags on more toward reminiscing than anything. About thirty-seven minutes in, she remembers to say that her name is Annabelle.
As she speaks, she tells them to make themselves useful and help her hand out churros.
The Churro Lady and Annabelle have lived in the Mori side of town since before the mergers!! They do their jobs of helping out how they can even if they're not part of the mob itself - Annabelle could be though! She could shoot it up with the best of 'em!
Anyway, she will just be smiling brightly and say "See you here same time tomorrow?"

LWJ and Chuuya are churro workers now. The abundance of animals around town might start following them around, hovering around them as a result of this. Nice. Good job, head honchos.
